Becca Kufrin Says She and Fiancé Garrett Yrigoyen Did Discuss Political Views

They looked happy as can be after getting engaged on the finale of “The Bachelorette,” but Becca Kufrin and her now-fiancé, Garrett Yrigoyen, have been the subjects of a more downcast conversation ever since news of his troubling Instagram activity made headlines before the Season 14 premiere in May.
Yrigoyen, a 29-year-old medical sales rep from Reno, Nevada, was caught having liked social media posts that mock trans people, undocumented immigrants, left-wing women and a survivor of the Parkland, Florida, high school shooting. He deleted his account (garrett_yrigs12) in May and created a different one, issuing an apology addressed “to those who I have hurt and offended.”RELATED: How Becca Kufrin's Engagement Ring Compares to Other Bachelorette Bling
His double-taps were discovered right as Kufrin, 28, was making her initial press rounds as the new star of the long-running ABC reality series. At the time, network representatives told reporters, myself included, not to ask about Yrigoyen in interviews with her ― a hint that he might make it pretty far in the competition for Kufrin’s heart. And, well, he did, proposing with a Neil Lane ring on the shores of the Maldives during the finale this week.
Since then, Yrigoyen has joined her on a postseason media tour, facing inevitable questions about his not-so-great social media activity.
“I didn’t mean to offend anybody. I apologize for that still,” Yrigoyen told “Bachelorette” host Chris Harrison on the “After the Final Rose” special Monday night. “I didn’t mean to hurt anybody’s feelings or do anything like that. So I stand by everything that I posted in my apology [on Instagram], and I’m just trying to grow as a person, be a better person on a daily basis.”

Universal Studios Suspends 'Bachelorette' Contestant Leo Dottavio During Sexual Harassment Probe

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... a complaint with human resources was filed Friday by someone who claims to have witnessed Leo making several women uncomfortable on the set with excessive hugging and unwanted flirting.
The complaint also mentions Leo sliding into the women's DMs and making them uncomfortable with the conversation.
We're told the person who filed the complaint says the alleged behavior went down at the end of 2017 when Leo worked on the "Water World" show ... but before he was cast on 'Bachelorette.'
He'd been working on "Water World" for 3 and a half years, but he was taken off the schedule in response to the initial allegations made by a former 'Bachelor' contestant ... who publicly accused him of sexually harassing women more than a decade ago. Leo denied those claims.

What is This Smart, Well-Educated, Dallas Attorney Rachel Lindsay Doing on The Bachelor?

If you were watching The Bachelor Monday night, you might have noticed the presence of an unlikely contestant: Dallas attorney Rachel Lindsay. She’s got a pretty impressive legal pedigree. Lindsay, 31, a Marquette University Law School graduate, received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and sports management from the University of Texas in Austin. She has worked in various positions related to sports, entertainment, and media relations, in addition to working as an intern in the public defender’s office in Milwaukee and as a legal intern with the Milwaukee Bucks. After graduating from Marquette, Rachel worked as an attorney with Brown & Hofmeister, LLP as well as the Willis Law Group before moving onto her current position as a civil litigation attorney with Cooper & Scully, P.C. Lindsay is admitted to practice law in Texas, Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Surely not the predictable candidate for a run of The Bachelor.
So why the need to appear on the primetime show? It seems that while she is proud of her accomplishments, Lindsey believes all of the time spent on her professional life may have ultimately taken a toll on her love life. In her profile, Lindsay states that focusing too much on her career is her biggest regret and believes that might have led her to miss out on her chance at finding love.

Amanda Stanton on Breaking Off Engagement to Josh Murray: 'I Wish Him the Best'

“Josh and I did break up,” Stanton, 26, told PEOPLE at The Bachelor Charity Premiere Party at Sycamore Tavern in Los Angeles on Monday.
“I know there’s been a lot of speculation about our relationship and to be honest, I think some people thought I was avoiding it,” she continued. “I think it’s good to set the record straight and tell everyone that we’re not together anymore. I just didn’t really know how to go about it.”
Murray, 32, and Stanton met while starring as contestants on Bachelor in Paradise during the summer of 2016.
The two hit it off almost instantly, quickly becoming one of the season’s most solid couples, and went public with their engagement following the season finale of Bachelor in Paradise on Sept. 6 — but their road to engagement wasn’t always smooth.
“There was a lot of different reasons [we called off our engagement],” Stanton said. “At the end of the day, we were just two very different people. I think there are some things when you love someone you can work on and try to fix things, and then there are some things you just can’t fix. I think it got to that point where we just knew it wasn’t going to work.”
